Presenter eligibility

Presenters must be active, paid Toastmasters members and fully registered for the conference.

Session format

Plan for a 45-minute session, including Q&A, with approximately 10โ€“60 participants.

Required headshot

Upload a professional JPG or PNG that may be used in conference promotions and the program.

Original materials

You retain ownership. Include notices or distribution restrictions for any copyrighted content.

Review all submission conditions +
  • Use the format provided and complete every required section.
  • Use additional pages or attachments if more space is needed.
  • Workshop information may be used for conference marketing and promotion.
  • Approved workshop content may not be substantially changed without written approval.
  • Missing requested materials or deadlines may result in presenter replacement.
